White Ribbon Alliance (WRA) is a people led movement for reproductive, maternal and newborn health, we empower citizens to know their health rights and ensure that women and girls have access to quality health care.
Formed in 2009, WRA Nigeria seeks to improve health care for mothers and girls around the country by ensuring that their voices are heard and their felt needs adequately considered.
We do whatever it takes to reduce the incidence of Maternal and child mortality in the grassroot level and also ensure quality healthcare as well as respectful care to women of reproductive age.
We are a national network of advocates who strive to uphold the rights of all women to safe pregnancy and childbirth. WRA Nigeria convenes diverse national and local coalitions that advocate for the right policies, sufficient resources, delivery and implementation of commitments so that all girls and women can have access to safe pregnancy and childbirth.
